About Creofyi
Creofyi is an independent product lab operated by Aditya Sreekumar in India. It develops focused digital tools for creators under the Creofyi name. These general policies apply to this directory and to Creofyi tools unless a product presents a more specific notice before sign-up, data collection or purchase.
Taskifyi is currently available. Invoicee, Collab Finder and Creator Intelligence are upcoming concepts and are clearly labelled as such. Creofyi does not publish fake testimonials, income guarantees or unsupported growth claims.

Pricing & Billing
Each product displays its current price, included features, currency, billing period and applicable taxes before a purchase or subscription begins. Some products, trials or early-access versions may be offered without charge.
Payment authorisation
Creofyi will not charge a user without showing the applicable amount and receiving explicit confirmation. Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. Creofyi does not directly store full card or bank credentials.
Renewals and changes
Where recurring billing applies, the renewal frequency and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Material price changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated before a future renewal where required.
No payment is collected from the tools directory itself.
Terms & Conditions
By accessing a Creofyi tool, users agree to these general terms and any product-specific terms shown within that tool. If a product-specific term conflicts with these terms, the product-specific term controls only for that product.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and protect their login credentials. Users below 18 should use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or lawful guardian. Paid purchases by minors require guardian authorisation.
User content
Users retain ownership of content they submit. They grant Creofyi a limited permission to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service. Users must have the rights required to submit the content.
Acceptable use
- Do not use a tool for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, probe security or interfere with product availability.
- Do not upload malware, infringing material or information collected without lawful authority.
- Do not resell, reverse engineer or systematically extract the service except where expressly permitted.
Product outputs
Suggestions, generated text, reminders, analytics and other outputs are assistive. Users should review outputs before relying on them for financial, legal, tax, contractual or professional decisions. Creofyi does not guarantee income, reach, engagement or business outcomes.
Availability and third parties
Features may change, pause or be withdrawn as products evolve. Tools may rely on hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, AI or payment providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
Intellectual property
The Creofyi and product names, interfaces, branding, software and original materials belong to Creofyi or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.
Suspension and termination
Creofyi may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal obligations or material breach. Users may stop using a tool and request account deletion at any time, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Products are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Creofyi is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the contact route below. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will apply where a dispute cannot be resolved.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Creofyi handles personal data across the tools directory and individual Creofyi products. A product may provide an additional notice where it needs different information or uses it for a new purpose.
Information we may collect
- Account and contact data, such as name, email address and authentication identifiers.
- Content voluntarily entered, spoken, uploaded or created within a tool, such as tasks, notes, invoice details or creator preferences.
- Support messages, feedback, waitlist registrations and tool ideas.
- Device, browser, IP address, security logs, diagnostic events and product-usage information.
- Transaction metadata from a payment provider when paid products are introduced. Full payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.
Purposes of processing
- Provide the selected product and maintain the user account.
- Organise or generate the output requested by the user.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse and protect product security.
- Deliver support, service notices and user-requested communications.
- Understand performance and improve usability, reliability and features.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds and accounting where applicable.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce Creofyi policies.
Consent and choices
Where processing relies on consent, the request will identify the information and purpose in clear language. Consent can be withdrawn through the relevant product setting where available or by contacting support. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent features that require the information from continuing.
Sharing and service providers
Creofyi may share limited information with providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, communications, AI processing, security, customer support and payments. Providers receive only information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to protect it. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business restructuring with appropriate safeguards.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the product purpose, security, dispute resolution, accounting or legal compliance. User content and account data will be deleted or anonymised after a valid deletion request unless retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Backup deletion may take additional time.
Security
Creofyi uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Users should protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Children
Creofyi does not knowingly seek unnecessary personal data from children. Where Indian law requires it, processing a child’s personal data will require verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. Creofyi does not knowingly conduct behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
Cross-border processing
Some service providers may process information outside the user’s state or country. Creofyi will use providers and safeguards consistent with applicable law and any restrictions notified by competent authorities.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by an in-product or email notice. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies prospectively.

Cookies & Similar Technologies
Creofyi tools may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, understand product performance and diagnose errors.
Types we may use
- Necessary: authentication, security, session continuity and core product operation.
- Preference: language, appearance and user-selected settings.
- Analytics: aggregated information about visits, feature use and errors to improve the products.
Non-essential technologies will be used subject to applicable consent requirements. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although core features may then stop working correctly. Creofyi does not use this directory to sell behavioural advertising profiles.

Refunds & Cancellation
Product-specific refund eligibility, request windows and processing timelines will be displayed before checkout wherever a paid product is offered.
Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal through the applicable product account or by emailing support@creofyi.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a product-specific policy says otherwise, access already paid for continues until the current billing period ends.
Billing problems
Duplicate charges, technical billing errors or suspected unauthorised transactions should be reported promptly with the account email, product name and transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and final settlement time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.
Non-refundable items
Fees already consumed through delivered usage, credits or completed digital services may be non-refundable where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.

Digital Delivery
Creofyi products are digital services. Nothing is physically shipped. Access is delivered through the relevant web application after the user opens the tool, completes sign-up or completes a purchase where required.
Access and fulfilment
Where an account is needed, confirmation or access information is displayed on-screen or sent to the supplied email address. Features, usage limits and the subscription period are described within the applicable product.
Delivery issues
If access is not delivered, the user should contact support@creofyi.com with their account email, product name and any transaction reference. Creofyi will investigate access and payment status before re-enabling service or determining the applicable refund outcome.

Data Rights & Grievances
Subject to applicable law, users may request information about their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, completion or updating of records, withdrawal of consent, deletion of data and resolution of a privacy grievance.
How to submit a request
Email support@creofyi.com from the account email where possible. Include the relevant product and the request type. Creofyi may ask for limited information to verify identity and protect the account before acting.
Creofyi will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. A request may be limited where retention or processing is required by law, necessary for security, or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Users may escalate unresolved statutory privacy complaints to the competent authority where legally available.
